Trade.

Read the terms, then ask for the lot. Applications are reviewed one by one.

Before you apply
Applying.
Trade accounts are for New Zealand roasting businesses. Apply below with the business, NZBN, roastery address and a contact. The house reads every application and answers by email. Applying commits you to nothing.
Approval.
Applications are open ahead of the first lots. Approved accounts see pricing when stock lands. Lots, varieties and certificates stay open to everyone. Prices do not.
Certificates.
Every lot carries a certificate of provenance: the ground, the variety, the process and the cup score. Read one before you ask: Caturra, Castillo and Cenicafé 1, Pink Bourbon · Gigante, Sidra, Gesha · Gigante, Chiroso · Pitalito, Bourbon Aruzi, Ombligón, Gesha · Pitalito, SL28, Pink Bourbon · Pitalito, Pink Bourbon · Pacho, Chiroso · Gigante.
Samples.
200 g of green coffee per lot: enough for a sample roast and a cupping. Sent by courier to roasters who have applied, and to customers. Name the lots, your roaster and batch size. The house confirms each request.
Ordering.
Sold by the kilogram from 35 kg hermetic lined boxes. Each lot states its minimum and increment. Every order is confirmed in writing: lot, kilos, price and delivery. Dispatched by courier from New Zealand, not from origin.
Arriving and to-order lots.
An arriving lot can be reserved before it lands, and is invoiced once it is held and counted. A to-order lot is bought against your request. Lot, kilos, price and deposit are agreed in writing before origin releases it.
Prices.
New Zealand dollars, ex GST, for approved accounts only. The full trade terms.
